I hate giving 5 stars for all categories but in all honesty Frank deserves nothing less. He took time to understand our needs and wants and then worked with us patiently and supportively as we eventually found a great home within our original budget. My wife and I trusted his judgment. He was far more interested in having us be satisfied than in him making a sale. I liked that. I have no negatives at all and only positives to say.
