I hate giving 5 stars for all categories but in all honesty Frank deserves nothing less.

My main reason for recommending Frank is, we had a small budget and other realtors we had work with suggested we'd be better of looking at condo's rather than a house and didn't seem very interested in working with us. Frank on the other hand was up to the challenge and eventually found us the perfect little shore house we've always dreamt of and at a great price. he even got us money back at the closing which made the deal even sweeter, cause lets face it, it's all about the Benjamin's right?
